Neil Kellock brings over 25 years of hotel & hospitality experience to The Windermere Manor Hotel & Conference Centre.
After apprenticing & advancing in luxury hotels throughout The United Kingdom (including The Gleneagles Hotel, the 5 star winner of Best Hotel in the World), Neil moved to Canada.
Prior to joining Windermere Manor, Neil had engagements as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager at The Delta London Armories Hotel and The Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre.

Hannah Coleby
Food and Beverage Manager
Born in Brighton, England, Hannah along with her parents Michael and Maureen, and brother Jamie, emigrated to Canada in 1980.
After moving to different cities, the family settled in London in 1987.
Since 1992, Hannah has worked for Windermere Manor in many different capacities. In March 2007, Hannah became the Food and Beverage Manager.

Heather Anderson
Banquet Manager
Heather comes to Windermere Manor with a diverse background of training and experience. Heather was trained through the Hospitality Management program at Lambton College, in her hometown of Sarnia, Ontario.
Not liking to stay put, she has travelled to all parts of the world, including Britain, Europe and The Caribbean.
Heather's education has led her to employment abroad, being trained at the 5 star Sheraton Grand Hotel, Edinburgh Scotland, where she had the honour of taking care of Hollywood and British celebrities.
Heather has been at Windermere Manor since 2003 and has focused her
attentions in the Banquet Department - perhaps she has found that
special “something” to keep her here!

Tania Holm
Front Office Manager
Tania has been Front Office Manager with Windermere Manor since April 2005.
Working in a number of departments over the years, Tania brings experience from the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Calgary and the Delta London Armouries.
Being married at Windermere Manor in October of 2006, Tania can say first-hand how wonderful the Windermere Manor experience is.

Lisa Scott
Events Co-ordinator
Lisa’s love of travelling has brought her to Canada where she has made London, Ontario her home away from home.
Growing up in New Zealand, she has always had a strong interest in hospitality and tourism, gaining a degree in Geography and Tourism Studies.
Lisa brings experience from many different areas of the industry including airline, teaching and restaurant management. Specializing in weddings comes naturally to Lisa as she was recently married twice (to the same man!).
