	• One of the first multi-tenant green buildings in Southwestern Ontario.
	• The largest meeting room (1370 square feet) can be divided into two separate board rooms. Both rooms are fully   equipped with ergonomic seating, ceiling-mounted data projectors, screen, sound systems& large windows that open.
	• All functions are catered by Windermere’s culinary team.
	• Express Café - open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
